For our direct debit customers, we book lessons directly for you on a weekly basis, until you request a pause or cancellation. Your payment method is only charged after every completed session.

Unfortunately, we can't offer a free trail session. We do however, offer a free session with a different tutor if requested.

The initial session is a chance for the student to meet the tutor or qualified teacher. The tutor will assess the student's strengths, weakness, learning styles and study methods, in order to put the best possible plan together for the student. A form will be filled out at the end of the session and sent to the student and parent/ guardian.

We offer a full refund for cancellations 48 before the session. Any cancellations after this period are only refundable on a case by case basis.

Our approach of exam preparation and building confidence in our students really helps our students to achieve their maximum potential. Our students increase on average by 3 or 4 grade levels, including from as low as a grade 2 at GCSE to grade 5 at foundation tier, and from 6 to grade 9 at higher tier GCSE. for A-Levels, our students typically get a minimum of a grade A.
